Got the ES Wheel, it's fine

Needed a basic wheel, so I grabbed the ES Steering Wheel. It's pretty good for what it is. Shipping was alright, got here in about a week. Felt good to use right away, nothing complicated. Just plugged it in and it worked. No fuss, no drama.

R12 base purchase experience

My order for the R12 Direct Drive Wheel Base went through without issues. I used a referral code, which was easy to apply at checkout. Shipping said 5-7 business days, and it actually arrived on the 6th day in Texas, so that was accurate. The packaging was robust, protecting the unit well. Installation onto my rig was simple, and the software detection was instant. The R12 itself is a huge upgrade from my old belt-drive wheel. The force feedback is precise, and the build quality feels premium. I checked their support articles beforehand about compatibility with my pedals, and that information was clear. Overall, a smooth purchase and a great product.

Consistent quality over time

I've bought a few items from MOZA Racing over the last year, starting with the R9 and then upgrading to the R16. This last purchase was for the CRP Pedals. Each time, the ordering process has been consistent and reliable. The products always arrive well-packaged, and the build quality holds up. I appreciate that their site is easy to navigate, and tracking updates are usually accurate. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect and they deliver.

Good R5 bundle, slow delivery

I ordered the R5 Bundle recently. The product itself is solid for the price point, especially getting into direct drive. Setup was straightforward enough. My main gripe was the shipping time; it took about 8 days to get to my place in California. Not terrible, but a bit longer than I expected for a US warehouse. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about tracking, though.

Good deal on a bundle

I was looking for a good entry-level setup and found the R5 Bundle on their site. The bundle discount made it a much better value than buying individual components from other brands. Shipping costs were reasonable, and it arrived in under a week. For the price I paid, I feel like I got a really solid setup. It definitely felt worth the money spent.
